Returns & Refund

Kubey promises a lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. If you offer us the pictures of the defective product and the screenshot of your order, we can provide:

• Within 30 days from the date of purchase;

• If the knife customer received is defective / damaged, the item does not need to be sent back to us, we will send a new replacement or a full refund (reimbursement via Paypal account) to the customer;

• Applicable objects: Customers who buy Kubey products, no area restrictions, including online and offline customers from all agents and dealers/distributors.
