Kubey promises a lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. If you offer us the pictures of the defective product and the screenshot of your order, we can provide:

Within 30 days from the date of purchase;

If the knife customer received is defective / damaged, the item does not need to be sent back to us, we will send a new replacement or a full refund (reimbursement via Paypal account) to the customer;

Applicable objects: Customers who buy Kubey products, no area restrictions, including online and offline customers from all agents and dealers/distributors.

Founder Patrick Ma registered the Kubey brand in 2014, starting his first trading-oriented outdoor products company. Since establishing Kubey Knife LLC, a manufacturing factory specializing in knives and tools, in 2017, we have grown into a comprehensive industrial and trading enterprise encompassing product design, development, production, and trade, including a factory in Yangjiang and a trading office in Shenzhen.
