Terrible g10

I was really excited to receive this knife: I love them blade geometry, the look, the action, the jimping and the blade steel. However, the g10 arrived with small points of damage. You can run your fingernail along the scales and mar them permanently. If you tap the g10 with your fingernail it is audibly cheaper sounding than other kubey knives I own that were half the price. Fortunately I bought this knife on sale, otherwise I would've been more upset.
